Career Objective

As an experienced Training and Development Director, providing training solutions to various industries, Peter possesses highly developed interpersonal and change management skills. Within Peter's roles there has been the opportunity to develop sales and administrative staff resulting in improved performance and staff morale. Peter has also been successful in setting overall budgets and costing for businesses, and being able to achieve good profit levels applicable to the nature of the industry.

Accomplishments

Designed a comprehensive program on Interpersonal Communication. Whilst running own consultancy business, this program was the basis of most projects and was applied within various organisations and industries. The success of this staff development program is evident through the continued use at CCI and ongoing positive feedback from staff and employers.

Have assisted various organisations in motivating and developing their staff in areas of meeting budgets, sales and self-awareness. By assessing the staff and implementing a tailor made program, the utilmate outcome has resulted in increased sales and greater productivity as a team and on an individual basis.

Whilst running own consultancy, was involved in working with a large automotive manufacturing company. Due to a problem between individuals and departments, my role was to investigate the cause and propose a solution to solve these staff problems. Through individual couneslling and workshops involving teams at all levels, identified problem was due to communication difficulties. Using program, developed awareness with staff and recognition of self-faults resulting in overall improved performance.
